Transfer $RICH: BTC Wallet➡️RE Wallet
The Omnity Crosschain Hub allows you to transfer $RICH Runes between the Bitcoin and ICP Networks.
💡 Make sure to have your RE Wallet address handy for this transaction. You can easily access your RE Wallet address in a private window with the RE Bot
First, navigate to the Omnity Crosschain Hub -> https://bridge.omnity.network/
To transfer from BTC, make sure that BTC is in the top position. If it is not, toggle the arrow to switch positions.
Next, connect your Bitcoin Wallet:
Click on your BTC Wallet provider:
Open your wallet.
Once connection is confirmed, click on "Connect ICP Wallet."
In the Enter ICP Address field, paste your RE Wallet address.
Paste your RE Wallet address in the Enter ICP Address field.
Then click "Confirm."
Enter the amount of $RICH you want to send from BTC to RE.
Then click "Confirm."
Choose the Fee Rate (sats/byte) and click "Confirm & Send."
Finally, sign your BTC Wallet to approve the transaction.
Omnity Network requires 12 confirmations before the transaction is finalized.
The wait time depends on the congestion of the BTC Network at the time.
Estimated wait time is 1-2 hours.
Do not click "Close" until all 12 confirmations have processed and you are prompted by the Dapp!
Once 12 confirmations have been completed and the Status reads "Confirmed," Omnity will prompt you to finalize the transaction.
Click "Close" to finalize the transaction.
